Seller Checklist

All corporate or business tax returns for all years the restaurant has been in business.

 A balance sheet for the business for all years the restaurant has been in business.
 
A profit and loss statement for all years the restaurant has been in business.
 
Yearly gross receipts for the restaurant (preferable broken down by month).
 
Year-to-date gross receipts, through last day of last month (preferable broken down by month).
 
Copies of the SC Sales Tax Returns for the months the restaurant has been in business.
 
Equipment inventory list with exact quantity and approximate value of each piece of equipment.
 
All furniture, fixtures and equipment that WILL convey with the sale of the restaurant.
 
A list of any personal items, decorations, furniture or pieces of equipment that WILL NOT convey with the sale of the restaurant.
